Internal Operations
Certain types of courier work require an extremely high standard i.e. transport of urgent confidential documents, courier within a confidential fast paced film production, transport of equipment to laboratories, and other similar delicate functions.
With that in mind, our Special Operations Team was set up to provide this exceptional level of care for client packages.
The Special Operations Team are internal staff that have additional experience or training within certain industries, as well as the drivers having advanced driving skills i.e. IAM, RoSPA.
This level of care goes above and beyond what is provided by most courier providers. If you want the best service to ensure your package or small load gets directly from point A to B, then we are the right courier partner for you.
UK Network Operations
Like most courier businesses, Road Courier Services also uses a network of verified couriers around the UK to facilitate the fast response needed to provide an effective same-day service. This is only done when internal resources are at full capacity.
This verified network of couriers provides an expansive base for providing a unique range of options for our business clients.
For regular same day deliveries from point A to B, if we are not able to fulfill the job effectively on time within our internal staff, we will consider utilizing the UK Network.
If you need an extra level of confidence for a delicate / confidential delivery that must have no interruptions from point A to B as well as the driver being highly experienced with additional driving skills, please specify that you want our Special Operations Team to handle that particular delivery.
